167 books submitted to the German Book Prize 2015

Every year the Foundation of the German Publishers and Booksellers Associations picks up the best German-language novel of the year. The selection process for the 2015 German Book Prize has started with 167 titles submitted by over a hundred publishing houses, majority of them from Germany, with some from Switzerland and Austria as well.

The European Literature Network was created with the mission of championing great writing from Europe in the UK – and doing it together. Open to writers, translators, publishers, agents, booksellers, festival directors, arts managers and journalists, ELNet is a free, collaborative hub for sharing news and views.
